Overview
The organisation is looking for a Recruitment Partner to join the Promotion and Sourcing Team within the Recruitment Hub. This dynamic team provides expert recruitment advice and support to hiring managers across the central department and executive agencies.
As a Recruitment Partner, you will coach and advise hiring managers by understanding their requirements and applying your knowledge of the market to design the most effective attraction and assessment strategy.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and business units to understand their recruitment and strategic requirements
- Use data and expert knowledge to design effective attraction and assessment strategies. This includes market data, diversity and inclusion data, and success rates of previous campaigns
- Create eye-catching and accurate jobs adverts that will attract the right candidates for the role
- For difficult to fill roles, build and utilise your networks to proactively source the best candidates
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring that they know what to do by providing relevant guidance and training material
Qualifications
- Experience of working in a recruitment function with good knowledge of the recruitment process and different attraction and assessment techniques
- Experience of working within a high-pressured and fast-paced team with the ability to organise and prioritise workloads to maximise productivity, whilst maintaining a high-quality service level to stakeholders
- Experience of building and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders
