Recruitment Resourcer (Legal Sector) – Manchester City centre

We are a specialist legal recruitment agency with over 22 years of market expertise, growing our Manchester team. You’ll be working closely with a friendly, supportive group – many of whom are ex-lawyers turned recruiters – who will help you develop into a high-performing Recruitment Resourcer.

Responsibilities

• Research and source high-calibre legal candidates for live roles using our specialist recruitment platform.
• Engage with candidates by phone and email to discuss new career opportunities, building interest and rapport.
• Manage and maintain candidate data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the team in delivering against set KPIs, contributing directly to successful placements.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-moving market.

What We’re Looking For

• A law graduate with strong academics (minimum 2:1 degree)
• IT literate, confident handling data and research
• Focused, resilient and well organised
• A clear communicator with the ability to build professional relationships
• A can-do attitude and motivation to succeed in a target-driven environment

• Hybrid working: Monday & Friday from home, 3 core office days in Manchester (non-negotiable).
