Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will earn £12.21 per hour.

Your role as a Recruitment Resourcer

• You will be virtually interviewing candidates across the UK to work for various high profile clients
• You will be expected to be able to work in a fast-paced environment in order to effectively meet the labour pool targets
• Ensure that all activities comply with regulations
• Embed and promote a customer-centric orientation and ethos within the team
• You will be working as part of our friendly team

Hours

• Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
• There is also the potential for overtime during our peak periods.

Our ideal candidate

• You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment especially during busy periods
• You must be comfortable dealing with candidates over the phone and interviewing them for available roles with our clients
• Ability to meet deadlines and hit targets
• As a Recruitment Resourcer, you must have effective communication skills
