Responsibilities

• Partner with socially responsible, charitable and purpose-driven client bases.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, network to win business, and deliver on assignments.
• Operate within a multidisciplinary executive search practice and engage with candidates across various verticals within accountancy & finance.

Qualifications

• Experience across the accountancy & finance space with the ability to manage multiple clients within social and service-driven businesses.
• Strong track record of successful relationship building and business development.
• Solutions-focused, proactive, with self-awareness, drive, resilience and high EQ; outcome-driven with empathy and social responsibility.

Working & Benefits
