What you will do

• Partner with a socially responsible, charitable and purpose-driven client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, network effectively, and win business to grow a client portfolio.
• Work across multiple clients within the accountancy & finance space and related social/service-driven businesses.
• Engage with candidates across multiple verticals; maintain a solutions-focused and proactive approach.
• Demonstrate self-awareness, drive, resilience and high emotional intelligence; maintain an outcome-driven mindset with empathy and social responsibility at the forefront.
• Hybrid work day from London offices.
• Volunteer days and involvement with a charity and socially responsible-focused business.
• Salary base is open to discussion and incentives are aligned with making the right next move.
