The Role

We are looking for a Reddit Content Producer on a fixed-term contract to lead the ideation and creation of content on the Reddit platform that drives community growth while delivering authentic engagement for our global fanbase. This is an initial fixed 12-month period within our Content and Media team.

Your day-to-day

• Create outstanding content – plan and create best-in-class content for Reddit to drive community growth
• Provide exceptional channel management – manage our club\'s newly created official Reddit page, driving conversation and engagement
• Champion our brand – ensure our unique tone of voice and brand are represented on the platform
• Collaborate with platform experts – manage relationships with official Reddit moderators to create content that resonates with the community
• Create insightful reports – pull monthly Reddit reports to benchmark against targets and optimise content strategy
• Act as a platform superuser – partner with Reddit to utilise new features effectively
• Deliver unique Reddit experiences – implement platform-specific experiences (e.g., ask me anything sessions and behind-the-scenes content)
• Ensure alignment with the wider department – keep Content and Media colleagues up-to-date with Reddit trends and updates

What We Are Looking For

• Track record of creating sports content – high-quality content for a sports organisation, including written and video content
• Experience with the Reddit platform – ability to land content with Reddit’s audience
• Data-driven mindset – ability to pull together data and insights for social channels
• In-depth football knowledge – strong understanding of football and its nuances
• Background in social channel management – experience with community management on social platforms
• Excellent communicator – builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders and communicates ideas clearly
• Organised and adaptable mindset – strong time management and attention to detail across multiple projects
• Proud ambassador for our club – upholds club values and respects discretion and confidentiality
