Pay Range

£26,000-£28,000 (depending on role and location), plus uncapped bonus

Your Year as a Recruitment Consultant

• Our Recruitment teams match our clients with prospective candidates

• Utilise exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to achieve placement targets.

• Potential for hybrid working when completed training period.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A 2:1 undergraduate degree or higher.

• Self-motivation and a target-driven mindset.

• Resilience and the ability to handle emotionally challenging situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and mediation skills.

• Commitment to full-time office-based work.
