Refrigeration Engineer, Edinburgh, Mobile Role, Temp to Perm

Location: Central Belt to Edinburgh (Mobile Role)

Hours: 39 hours per week

Pay Rate: £19.00 - £21.20 per hour + 1.5x overtime rate

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Service and maintain refrigeration plant and HVAC equipment across various industrial environments.
• Travel to customer sites across the Central Belt to Edinburgh region.
• Complete maintenance logs and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Represent the business professionally on all client visits, maintaining high service levels.

Requirements

• F-Gas Certification (essential).
• NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration or equivalent qualification.
• Valid UK driver's licence.
• Proven experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
