Account Director - Enterprise Software Sales Our client, a global leader in enterprise software solutions, is seeking a highly accomplished and results‑oriented Account Director to manage and grow key strategic accounts. This fully remote role gives you the opportunity to work from anywhere in the UK and focuses on building deep, long‑lasting relationships with our client’s most valuable enterprise customers. You will be responsible for understanding complex client business needs, developing tailored software solutions, and driving significant revenue growth within your assigned account portfolio. Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of key enterprise accounts. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth targets. Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts. Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with senior stakeholders. Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments (Sales, Product, Support). Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new needs. Negotiate contract renewals and amendments. Provide strategic guidance and support to clients on leveraging SaaS solutions. Collaborate with marketing and product teams on client feedback and market insights. Forecast sales revenue accurately for assigned accounts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in enterprise account management, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in SaaS. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex sales cycles. Strong understanding of SaaS business models and technology solutions. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives. Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies. Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
