Role Description
Regional Employed Dentist:
As a Regional Employed Dentist, you will join Rodericks in a salaried role working across several practices in a predefined area. This provides an opportunity to try something new with the security of a guaranteed monthly salary.
Flexible working options are available from 3 to 5 days per week to suit your personal circumstances.
The Package:
- Guaranteed base salary of up to £50k (pro rata for less than 5 days per week)
- Car allowance of £5,400 per annum
- GDC costs covered
- Indemnity insurance costs covered
- NHS Labs bills covered
- Private work paid at 40%
- Access to Rodericks in-house CPD programme with discounted courses
- Enrolment into the Rodericks FD+1 scheme offering hands-on courses, clinical support, and discounted Invisalign courses
We support clinicians in developing private interests with multiple private packages and patient finance options to aid growth.
