We're Hiring: Business Development Partner
Remote | KPI-Based Remuneration | International Client Portfolio
At Collective Leadership Global, we are building something powerful: a high-impact consultancy driven by award-winning leadership practitioners, business experts, and executive coaches with hands-on experience across global markets.
Our organization was established to meet a growing demand for deeply customized leadership development, strategic growth solutions, and high-level executive transformation services. What sets us apart is our proven track record of our leadership team and the breadth of experience we bring to every engagement.
We are looking for a Business Development Partner who shares our ambition and appetite for results. This is a senior strategic role designed for a driven professional ready to contribute meaningfully to a high-performing remote-first team.
Who This Is For
- A commercially astute professional with proven experience in B2B sales, partnership development, or consulting services (e.g., leadership development, coaching, corporate learning, or advisory).
- A consultant, entrepreneur, or senior freelancer seeking a high-value collaborative platform with international scope.
- Someone with the ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and convert opportunities into tangible results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead business development efforts in your network, region, or sector.
- Source, nurture, and convert strategic partnerships and client engagements.
- Pitch solutions across our suite of services—including executive coaching, corporate wellness, ESG leadership, innovation consulting, and performance transformation.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and wider team to craft client proposals, co-create go-to-market initiatives, and drive growth.
- Represent our leadership faculty and services in select global forums, business events, and executive engagements.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business development, corporate partnerships, or consulting (preferably within leadership, coaching, or organizational development sectors).
- Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing high-value deals (retainers or multi-service agreements preferred).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative sales skills.
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and act with integrity.
- Strong professional network in one or more regions: UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific, or Middle East preferred.
At the heart of Collective Leadership Global is a team of award-winning business leaders and industry-recognized experts who bring real-world, hands-on experience to every engagement. Key project leads Senela Jayasuriya (www.senelaofficial.com) and Mel Curtis, Former Founder and Managing Director of Award-Winning Brand Winter in Venice renowned for turning £60 into £1M in 12 months at age 26. Lifetime Trading Impact £163M- United Kingdom.
Led by Senela and Mel, and backed by our expert advisory network, we bring deep, hands-on capability across a range of high-impact focus areas, including:
- Executive and organizational leadership development
- Innovation strategy and business transformation
- Culture, talent, and team performance optimization
- Women’s leadership acceleration and inclusive leadership
- Financial turnaround, cash flow strategy, and restructuring
- Strategic pivoting, scalable business model design, and operational audits
- Workplace wellbeing, resilience, and post-crisis growth strategy
This collective expertise allows us to respond to complex leadership, performance, and transformation challenges with both strategic clarity and executional strength.
What We Offer
- Flexible, remote-first engagement with global exposure.
- Performance-based compensation model with high earnings potential (commission + performance bonuses).
- Strategic support and content resources for qualified leads and pitches.
- Opportunity to co-create and shape the future of a bold, agile consultancy.
Please Note
This is a senior-level performance-based role. We’re looking for partners, not employees. If you are seeking a traditional, structured 9-to-5 role, this will not be the right fit.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next step.
How to Apply
If this speaks to your ambition and professional strengths, we’d like to hear from you.
Please apply via LinkedIn with your CV and a brief note on why you believe you're a strong fit for this opportunity.
