Regional Chef Manager - Midlands & North (Birmingham, Liverpool & Selby)

Field-based leadership role covering Birmingham, Liverpool and Selby. 40 Hours per week. £33,000 per annum + car allowance.

We’re looking for an experienced Regional Chef Manager to lead culinary operations across multiple sites in Birmingham, Liverpool and Selby. This field-based leadership role offers variety, autonomy, and opportunities for team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop kitchen teams across multiple locations
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Support with menu development, training, and implementation
  • Conduct audits and ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Work closely with site and area managers to deliver excellent client satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to improve service and drive efficiencies

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a multi-site chef management or head chef role
  • A hands-on leader who inspires culinary teams to achieve their best
  • Strong understanding of food safety, compliance and kitchen operations
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region
  • Passion for great food and exceptional service

This is a field-based regional role covering Birmingham, Liverpool, and Selby. Ideally based centrally within the region with good access to transport routes. Occasional overnight stays may be required.
