Regional Compliance & Ethics Lead | Global tech

We’re looking for a Regional Compliance & Ethics Lead to anchor trust, transparency, and accountability across critical global operations.

This is more than compliance—it’s about shaping ethical decision-making at every level of the business. You’ll be the go-to advisor for regional leaders and cross-functional partners, helping assess risk, navigate complexity, and embed a culture of integrity.

The Offer:

• Competitive salary range of £119,000 pa
• Hybrid working: 3 days onsite in state-of-the -art offices in Central London
• Role to start on a contract basis

What you’ll do:

• Be the first point of contact for ethics and compliance in your region
• Guide the business through challenging regulatory and ethical landscapes
• Train and engage employees and partners to drive ethical behavior
• Act as a strategic connector between regional realities and global standards

What you bring:

• Deep experience managing compliance programs across large, matrixed environments
• Practical expertise in anti-corruption, third-party risk, and regulatory strategy
• Strong judgment, communication skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity
• The ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes in complex settings
