Working closely with Regional Finance Managers on specific projects, developing strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesManagement of Weekly Financial P&L including revenue analysis, monthly and year end reporting. While being able to consolidate the information into concise reportsReview of daily / weekly reporting and ownership of weekly P&L reviewBe first point of contact for depot manager - holding daily weekly calls and creating and logging relevant action plansCompiling annual/quarterly plans and presenting on these to Senior Management team membersPreparation of monthly Balance sheetsIdentifying cost savings, efficiencies and risks for the regionLeading a team within the Network audit process whilst managing junior members through their rolesReview and redesign existing processes to facilitate decision making.
