Are you a qualified accountant with strong commercial acumen? FMCG organisation in Bristol and Devon is seeking a Regional Finance Business Partner for the South West. Hybrid working with 2/3 days at one of the sites per week (Max. 2 days from home). This suits someone with strong communication skills and naturally analytical.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, challenge and insight to Branch Managers
• Deliver accurate financial information, analysis and commentary to stakeholders
• Weekly and monthly P&L reporting
• Monthly and Quarterly forecasts
• Annual budgets
• Variance analysis
• KPI's and ad-hoc analysis to drive performance
• Provide commercial support to department heads
• Develop and challenge the budget/forecast assumptions and KPIs
• Provide insight into customer and sales team performance
• Overall responsibility to produce monthly management accounts
• Production and evaluation of business cases including capital expenditure

Your Profile

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Flexible team player
• Ability to build relationships cross-functionally
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
