As a Health and Safety Regional Trainer for the South Region, you will have a Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent, preferably an RLSS TA Qualification. You will also have experience of lifeguard and first aid training delivery in a multisite capacity, as well as strong influencing and communication skills. Ideally, you will also have the ability to build relationships, engage with people, and deliver with impact.

This role requires a high volume of travel and overnight stays to provide the regional training programme for 25+ locations.
