This role reports into the Group HR Operations Manager and offers the chance to make a real impact across a dynamic and growing organisation.In this role, you’ll work closely with directors, managers, and employees to deliver hands-on HR expertise, drive operational excellence, and champion initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and performance across the region. Initially, you will focus on supporting the Chancellors brand, with responsibility expanding to other brands across LRG during 2026.Partner with directors, managers, and employees within your region to provide expert HR guidance and supportLead, support and guide on employee relations matters ensuring fairness, consistency and compliance with legislationLead, support and develop a team of HR Admins and HR AdvisorsEnsure the delivery of a high-quality HR service while promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace cultureSupport the escalation of HR Admin queries and oversee HR administrative standardsComplete a monthly board report along with other ad-hoc people data reportsCollaborate with the Group HR Operations Manager on the integration of acquisitions into LRG’s HR operations in your regionSupport and lead on various HR projectsSupport and lead on workforce planning and talent development within your HR teamMaintain and support continuous improvements within our HRISChampion a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvementProvide flexible support to the wider LRG HR Operations team as neededWhat Are We Looking ForExperienced HR Manager/Business Partner/Senior HR Advisor leading on complex employee relations casesA career journey that includes experience as an HR Administrator, enabling you to effectively manage and support the HR Admin functionDemonstrated experience in managing and developing a teamStrong UK employment law knowledge and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, with experience of building and managing productive relationships with a range of stakeholdersA problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environmentStrong organisational and time management skillsExperience of working with HR databasesExperience of working within a teamStrong experience of report writing for ER cases, business proposals and data reportsAbility to be flexible, successfully adapting to changing business needs while delivering excellent service to all stakeholdersAbility to work under pressure in a busy and complex roleAbility to travel within the region as requiredDesirableCIPD qualified or working towards qualificationMulti-site experience from a central location would be advantageousProviding support and coaching to managers in periods of operational changeWhat We Can Offer YouProven track record for career growth and advancement within the companyMarket leading training and ongoing professional developmentSupportive and collaborative team environmentThe chance to shape HR practices across a key region in a growing organisationBenefitsCompetitive base salaryQuarterly and yearly awardsSalary sacrifice pension schemeGenerous Holiday allowance, increasing by 1 day per year based on service with the option to purchase an additional 5 days holiday per yearReduced Christmas working hoursLRG are an equal opportunities employer and encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
