We’re looking for and RTR Lead to join the finance team based out of our Lomondgate site in Dumbarton.
The role of the RTR lead will be to act as the RTR process champion in the business, enabling a smooth operation of our financial controls and accurate and timely reporting both internally and externally.

- Ensure compliance with regional financial accounting requirements to ensure timely reporting to a high standard including ownership of the business units balance sheet controls
- Key contact for coordination of information gathering for internal and external audits
- Completion of statutory accounts and coordination of Aggreko review process ensuring on time submission in line with relevant regulations
- Oversight of indirect tax return compilation, ensuring a meaningful Aggreko review takes place ahead of timely submission and payment in line with relevant regulations
- Working with the Centre of Excellence (COE) to develop and promote new, best in class RTR processes and being a first point of escalation for process end users, answering all queries on process and issue resolution.
- Offering feedback to ensure continuous improvement and championing the new RTR processes to drive global standardisation.
- Qualified accountant or qualified by relevant experience.
- Strong technical accounting experience with knowledge or audit and controls.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines with a proactive can-do attitude
- A team player who can communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation and who is challenging but tactful.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
