What Youll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 5 sales reps to achieve and exceed targets
• Set the tone and pace create a high-performing, growth-focused culture
• Develop and deliver strategic sales plans that align with our national expansion goals
• Use data to drive decisions track performance, report insights, and identify opportunities
• Visit partner gyms across the UK to build relationships and expand brand reach
• Proactively solve problems and streamline team operations and scheduling

• Coaching skills that unlock potential and drive high performance
• A natural passion for fitness and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Organisational and time management skills to keep everything running smoothly
• High energy, initiative, and the confidence to lead from the front
