Responsibilities

• Inspire and support Home Managers and teams to embrace a culture of accountability and autonomy.
• Shape the future of residential care and nursing services by contributing to our strategic direction.
• Ensure services are safe, effective, and exceed expectations, meeting CQC standards and embodying our vision: Communities where everyone has a vibrant and fulfilling life.

What We Offer

• Salary: Up to £75k per annum
• Active NMC Pin is required
• Work Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, with flexibility to meet business needs
• Holidays: 33 days inclusive of bank holidays (pro rata)

Location

This role covers the Bexley, Greenwich, and Kent region, so you’ll need to be flexible and willing to travel.
