Role
This is a full-time remote role for a Registered Manager. The Registered Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and manage staff. Responsibilities include developing care plans, coordinating services, conducting assessments, and liaising with clients and families. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to maintain high-quality care standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing care services and staff
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Skills in care planning and coordination
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Relevant qualifications in health or social care management (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Empathy, compassion, and dedication to improving clients' lives
