Registered Nurse ( RMN / RNLD ) – NeuroRehabilitation

Salaries

• Up to 2 years post Preceptorship £41, p/a (£ per hour)
• 2+ years post Preceptorship £44, p/a (£ per hour)

Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours are available – you can choose depending on your preference

Shifts: Days only, Nights only can be considered though ideally you would work mixed shifts on a rotational basis

Summary:

Appoint Healthcare partners with a leading provider supporting adults with mental health, learning disabilities, and brain injury rehabilitation. We are seeking a newly qualified preceptorship nurse or experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD or RMN) for their Neuro rehabilitation service in Newport.

Patients are cared for in single-gender units based on needs. The 29-bed service involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team focusing on positive outcomes for patients with complex needs and behaviors.

The hospital is easily accessible from Cardiff and offers a learning disability / ASC-friendly environment with a skilled team.

Preceptorship nurses: Support and mentorship are provided for newly qualified nurses through a structured program.

Requirements:

• Relevant Nursing Qualification (RMN or RNLD)
• Valid NMC Registration or expectation of PIN soon
• Eligibility to work in the UK (British Passport or Biometric Card)
• Self-motivated, flexible, caring, and compassionate
• Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care
