Responsibilities

• Shift management - oversee and coordinate the care team.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to the care team when required.
• Administer, record, and monitor the effects of prescribed medication safely and in line with policy.
• Deliver personal and person-centred nursing care to residents.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and nursing best practices.
• Identify, report, and act on any incidences of poor practice or abuse in line with safeguarding policy.

Qualifications

• Have a current NMC PIN
• Previous experience in nursing and care homes or NHS hospitals is essential.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sponsorship.
• Have 6 months UK based experience working as a Nurse
• Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector
• Possess excellent communication skills and a good standard of English
