Nurses UK is looking for skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RGNs/RMNs) to join our exceptional team in Southampton, England, United Kingdom. We are expanding nationwide across the South Coast and are eager to fill full-time and part-time positions for day and night shifts. Pay: £24.00-£43.50 per hour.

As a Registered Nurse, your clinical expertise will be essential in delivering patient-centered care, collaborating with diverse healthcare teams, and ensuring regulatory standards are adhered to in various healthcare settings. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient outcomes and fostering a positive health experience for those in your care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in various clinical settings as needed.
• Assess and monitor patient health statuses.
• Design and implement personalized care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated care delivery.
• Educate patients/families on health and wellness.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with regulations.
• Champion health and safety standards within clinical practice.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Valid NMC Pin and requisite nursing qualifications.
• Demonstrated nursing experience in the UK healthcare system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to challenging situations.
• Commitment to ethical nursing practices and patient-centered care.
