Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regulatory Change Project Manager to join a high-impact transformation programme within a leading, well-established organisation in the financial services sector (client confidential). This role will be instrumental in delivering regulatory remediation and compliance-driven change projects, working across multiple business areas in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of complex regulatory change and remediation programmes
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define project objectives, governance structures, and delivery plans
• Ensure regulatory requirements are understood, implemented, and monitored effectively
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management processes
• Collaborate across legal, compliance, technology, and operational teams to deliver key outcomes
• Ensure alignment with internal and external audit, assurance, and governance standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering regulatory change, compliance or risk remediation projects
• Strong project governance and stakeholder management skills in regulated environments
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery frameworks
• Solid understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, risk controls, and change governance
• Recognised project management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Scrum) are desirable
• Financial services or insurance background is a strong advantage
