We're working with a leading consultancy partner who is seeking a Regulatory Obligations Management SME to support a high-profile utilities client through a critical period of regulatory delivery.
- Lead and improve execution plans aligned with regulatory cycles and performance commitments
- Ensure full integration of budget, performance targets (PCLs/PCDs), and regulatory obligations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, ops, programme leads) to strengthen plan maturity
- Bring deep knowledge of Ofwat’s Asset Management Periods (AMPs) and the UK water sector regulatory framework
- Produce clear reporting on performance, risks, and strategic alignment
Location: Fully remote, with occasional travel to Cardiff if required
Duration: Until end of 2025
- Extensive experience with Ofwat regulatory cycles (AMPs)
- Strong background in programme/project planning and governance
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and driving maturity improvements
- Skilled in interpreting complex performance and financial data
