Overview

• The appointed lawyer will oversee a caseload of complex, high risk investigations, providing guidance and support to paralegals while managing cases throughout the full Fitness to Practice process
• You will receive support from the paralegal as needed
• Responsibilities include investigating and analysing evidence, assessing risk, preparing cases for hearings, and providing legal advice
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external legal providers, registrants, their representatives, and witnesses
• The appointed candidate will be a qualified solicitor, barrister or CILEX Lawyer with 3 : 5years' PQE
• You will be skilled in conducting investigations and preparing cases for hearings
• The organisation is seeking an expert in regulatory law and rules of evidence, with proven ability to communicate complex matters clearly
