Lead and mentor a team, helping them navigate risk and regulatory challenges. Develop and deliver technical training to enhance regulatory and legal expertise across the organisation. Shape future regulations by providing guidance, analysis and recommendations.
The Candidate
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX Lawyer with 3+ years’ experience. Strong background in private practice or in‑house regulatory roles. Experience managing regulatory and operational risks, delivering practical solutions. Proven coaching, mentoring and influencing skills. Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments. It is not essential that you have been practising within regulatory law; experience may have been gained from compliance and regulatory work within another discipline.
