Regulatory Lawyer – TipTopJob

Location: London, hybrid (1 day in office, 4 days remote). Salary: £55,000–£65,000. Requires 3–5 years PQE and fitness to practise.

• Oversee a caseload of complex, high-risk investigations and manage cases through the full fitness to practise process.
• Conduct thorough investigations, gather and analyse evidence, assess risk, prepare cases for hearings, and provide legal advice to the team.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external legal providers, registrants, representatives and witnesses.

Qualifications: Qualified solicitor, barrister or CILEX lawyer with 3–5 years PQE, skilled in investigations and preparing cases for hearings, expert in regulatory law and evidence rules, adept at communicating complex matters with clarity and tact.
