Job Description

This industry-leading global organization, that is SRA regulated, is seeking a Regulatory Senior Manager to join its dynamic compliance team. Working across the globe in this important role, you will work closely with the Vice President, Global Head of Compliance, AML and Data Privacy leads and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining a compliance/regulatory governance framework.
  • Creating, maintaining, and implementing compliance-related policies and procedures which are fit for purpose and recognise geographical nuances where appropriate.
  • Monitoring global regulatory developments across the regions the Group operates in (EMEA, APAC, and North America) and analysing new regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring Vialto complies with regulations (including SRA those that apply in other geographies that the business operates in (e.g.: France, Germany and Scandinavia).
  • Collaborating with colleagues in the Legal, AML and Data Privacy Teams to help procure compliance.
  • Working collaboratively to ensure that training is provided to colleagues to procure high standards of awareness and compliance.
  • Supporting the implementation and monitoring of internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate internal and external audits.
  • Supporting internal and external regulatory reporting and other regulatory matters.
  • Responding to ad hoc compliance related queries.

Required Candidate Experience

  • A self-starter looking to enhance their existing regulatory and compliance experience and to progress their career to the next level.
  • Experience in developing and implementing global compliance frameworks and associated policies and procedures.
  • Experience in providing advice and, where appropriate, assurance to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Well developed interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
  • Operationally and business focused; able to understand the importance of efficient ways of working balanced with procuring an effective and practical compliance framework.
  • Delivery/solutions focused and agile.
  • A team player; able to be involved in practical delivery.
  • Able to work at pace and in multiple time zones.
  • Understands the nuances of working in multiple geographies and can adapt to procure effective compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written); strong analytical mindset and investigative skills with sound judgment.

Desired Candidate Experience

  • Experience of working in an SRA regulated organisation or other regulated global organisation.
  • An understanding of SRA regulations and some familiarity with similar regulations in other jurisdictions in which the business operates.
  • An understanding of international tax and immigration regulations and their application across global markets.
  • An understanding of the global mobility business sector.

Additional Information

  • This is a regular full-time position.
  • This is a hybrid role. Three days a week in the office.
