This practice are seeking Solicitors at all levels and will consider Senior Solicitors and Partners to join and aid with succession planning. The main purpose of this role is to work on a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters and be open to dealing with public inquiries, DVSA investigations, traffic commissioner hearings, planning and environmental issues, heavy haulage work, international carriage of goods and defending all types of prosecutions brought against the haulage industry.

The client base is second to none and despite being a small boutique practice you will be dealing with work that rivals top tier city law firms. So ideally you will have experience in advising and representing commercial clients and FTSE 100 / 250 clients. Work is reliable and business development is not needed due to the reputation of this practice, so the sole focus of this role is to earn and perform the best possible service for clients.
