About The RoleLevel: 4Department: Distribution – Professional ServicesContract: PermanentLocation: London – HybridWe are expanding our Professional Services team and need a Practice Manager to embed our proposition into the work of key intermediaries (solicitors and accountants) across the UK. The role will support relationships with intermediary firms and coordinate opportunities to introduce Quilter Cheviot’s technical support across the key intermediaries we work with. Responsibilities
Maintain intermediary‑facing relationships through targeted face‑to‑face and virtual interactions. Support relationships with key intermediary firms across the UK in collaboration with the Business Development Management team, Financial Planners, and Investment Managers. Develop a thorough understanding of Quilter Cheviot’s products and services and identify opportunities to reciprocate referrals where appropriate. Provide training on Quilter Cheviot’s products, services, and the circumstances in which they may be appropriate for existing and potential clients. Identify, develop and coordinate opportunities to introduce Quilter Cheviot’s technical support across key intermediaries. Develop a “panel” of intermediary opportunities and service them. Collaborate with intermediaries and internal stakeholders to support the onboarding of new clients. Collect and provide feedback on service gaps and competitive positioning. Update the CRM system and keep management and the team apprised of sales opportunities, activity and pipeline. Attend team meetings and provide a summary of any action points. Travel occasionally as required.

About YouWe are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager / Account Manager / Practice Manager with experience working with lawyers and accountants. The role demands strong self‑organisation, personal responsibility and confident communication skills.
