At Carr Gomm , we’re seeking Relief Support Practitioners to join our Home Respite team in Tain In this role, you'll provide short-term in-home support to individuals, giving unpaid carers essential time to rest and recharge — all while working hours that suit your lifestyle.

• Deliver 1–5 hour respite visits to people in their homes
• Support individuals with day-to-day needs and companionship
• Help maintain comfort, independence, and routine
• Work flexibly — shifts are matched to your availability

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from any candidates already eligible to work in the UK or those that can apply for a visa granting permission to work in the UK (e.g. dependent visas, ancestry etc.) that do not require sponsorship from Carr Gomm.
