Hello! Thanks for checking out our job posting for the role of Relocation Consultant at PerchPeek. This short-term contract is available for maternity cover with a start date of 1 November 2025. PerchPeek is a 100% remote company and this role is open exclusively to candidates based in GMT/CET timezones.

The Role

From the moment PerchPeek is engaged to assist with a relocation until after the customer has settled in, our Relocation Coaches are responsible for guiding their journey using the PerchPeek app and ensuring an informed, empowered, and stress-free relocation. If it’s not on the list, you’ll likely be doing it.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Journey
    Own your portfolio of customers along their relocation journey. Educate and manage expectations and timelines, build relationships to enhance trust, and support customers throughout the relocation process.
  • Communicate with customers via the PerchPeek app and through consultative calls to understand needs, explain services, and provide guidance.
  • Provide relevant expertise on all aspects of the relocation journey and life in the destination country to help customers integrate successfully.
  • Assist customers in understanding and abiding to their company’s relocation policy, including managing relocation allowances.
  • Coordinate additional relocation services from preferred providers (e.g., immigration, tax, shipping) and manage multiple external providers to ensure quality and timely service.
  • Provide expert and empathetic inputs to handle difficult or complex enquiries, using judgement to achieve the best outcomes.

Operational Processes & Improvements

  • Adhere to Relocation Experience team processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Promote continuous improvement by voicing and solving process issues.
  • Support rollout of local and global process improvements through engagement with new systems, training, and implementation activities.

Technical Feedback

  • Act as Product Champion by guiding customers on using the app’s tools to organise their move.
  • Provide internal feedback on product pain points and insights from customer experiences.

Team Development

  • Collaborate with other Relocation Coaches for problem solving and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to a high-performing team culture and develop your skills through opportunities and training.

Market Knowledge & Client Tracking

  • Contribute to knowledge capture and the PerchPeek content library.
  • Provide customers with useful market information through chat and app content.
  • Develop awareness of PerchPeek’s strategic accounts and ensure delivery against client expectations; capture customer information at all stages and keep internal systems up to date.

Requirements

  • Available for an immediate start date, or no later than 1 November 2025.
  • Located in GMT/CET timezones.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Awareness of or experience with major cities and lifestyle norms in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Bonus if you have lived or relocated within Europe.
  • Previous experience in Global Mobility / Relocation and knowledge of relocation management or destination services.
  • Highly autonomous and comfortable in a 100% remote environment.

  • Resilience to handle changes in business and product development.
