Remediation Analyst (Life & Pensions) – Bath (Hybrid: minimum 3 days in the office)

Salary: £34k-£38k + excellent benefits

Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract

Deerfoot Recruitment is working on behalf of a respected Life & Pensions organisation to source a skilled Remediation Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract role based in Bath. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will join a dedicated Remediation Team focused on identifying and resolving complex operational issues, ensuring compliance, and supporting continuous improvement across the business. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, investigating non-compliant transactions, analysing large datasets, and leading workshops to deliver impactful remediation strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in financial services
• Strong analytical and Excel skills (handling large/bespoke datasets)
• Understanding of investment products and operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• High level attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple remediation projects concurrently
