Training

  • In-depth, interactive training covering legal knowledge, systems and processes essential to be a successful Remortgage Case Manager.
  • Skill development in customer service, communication and time management to deliver exceptional service to clients and partners.
  • Ongoing mentorship, constructive feedback and support as you engage with live files and build your case load.

Role

  • Accurately input data onto a case management system.
  • Log and action mail and other documents.
  • Liaise with lenders, mortgage brokers, solicitors and other third parties.
  • Deal with case enquiries by telephone and email.
  • Maintain detailed telephone notes throughout the transaction.
  • Follow up prompts and action cases from a task list.
  • Check and assess legal information and documents in line with agreed processes.
  • Obtain redemption statements and carry out pre‑completion searches.
  • Assist with completions and deal with post‑completion queries.

Qualifications

  • Office experience preferred.
  • Competent in using standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office suite) and able to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Customer‑focused – committed to delivering a positive client experience and able to build good relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills – able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Planned start date

The planned start date is 16th February 2026.

Holiday and working pattern

During the first 8 weeks, holidays of more than a couple of days are not accommodated. For the first 6 months you will be required to work full‑time in our central Leeds office Monday to Friday. Hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week in office) will be available after the probationary period.

Interview schedule

First‑stage interviews will take place during the weeks commencing 1st December and 8th December. Second‑stage interviews will take place during the weeks commencing 5th January and 12th January.
