We have an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join a market-leading, expanding recruitment consultancy in a fully remote role. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for supporting a wide variety of vacancies across different sectors, ensuring that both clients and candidates receive an excellent service at every stage of the process.

You will review multiple job applications on a daily basis, as well as proactively approaching and engaging candidates who are open to new opportunities. A confident communicator, you will be comfortable speaking with candidates at all levels, ensuring all information is recorded accurately and shared appropriately with your colleagues.

In this truly fast-paced and rewarding opportunity, you will assist with sourcing new candidates across several job boards, identifying transferable skills and relevant experience, and then contacting individuals regarding specific vacancies. You will coordinate telephone conversations and virtual meetings, answering any queries along the way and ensuring a smooth candidate journey.

A natural organiser, you will thrive on the challenge of juggling multiple vacancies, often under pressure and within tight timescales. With an adaptable approach, strong teamwork ethic, and a passion for detail, you will be dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service at all times.

This role offers the flexibility of working fully remotely for 30 hours per week, with some flexibility around how those hours are worked, which can be discussed at interview. As occasional in-person meetings will take place in Birmingham, it is essential that applicants are based in the Midlands.

For this exciting opportunity, previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing environment is essential, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills. Calm under pressure and with a true people first approach, you will have the ability to build relationships with ease and demonstrate initiative in everything you do.
