As a Team Lead / Customer Experience Representative, you will lead smooth operations, motivate your team, and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that every visit is designed to leave cars spotless and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Take the lead in maintaining smooth operations, motivating the team, and upholding the commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Customer Engagement: Create positive first impressions by seeking customers, answering questions, and educating new customers on the benefits of our wash options and services to enhance their experience and drive membership growth.
  • Team Leadership: Ownership of daily operations as a key holder, managing opening and closing procedures, and providing direction and support to team members when the operations manager is unavailable.
  • Operations & Safety: Ensure safe and seamless operation by leading team members and monitoring equipment and supplies for optimal performance.
  • Inspire teammates to follow you, leading by example and fostering a collaborative environment.
