Allen & York are working with an award-winning agency specializing in Ecology, Landscape Architecture, and Arboriculture.

Our client seeks an ambitious Senior Ecologist to join their established team.

The role involves report writing, fee earning projects, occasional local surveying, and mentoring junior Ecologists.

Requirements include a degree or equivalent in ecology, biology, or related field, full CIEEM membership, and extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should hold protected species licenses (preferably for bats and/or GCN), and have substantial ecological survey experience, project management skills, knowledge of UK planning policy, and Public Inquiry experience. Strong IT and CAD skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills are essential.
