Your Expertise

Highly experienced Backend Developer with deep expertise in Python, backend API development, and modern data infrastructure.

At ASK BOSCO (part of Modo25), we’re building a smarter, faster marketing tech business. You’ll help define how our products evolve, how our systems scale, and how we meet growing user demands. You’ll influence architecture, mentor engineers, and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support the design and development of scalable Python applications powering our AI-driven marketing platform. You’ll architect robust systems, guide the technical roadmap, and work cross-functionally to translate strategy into real-world solutions. You’ll champion engineering excellence, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement through clean code and collaboration.

What You’ll Bring

• Automated testing
• Build pipelines with containers, automated quality checks, etc.
• Modern development practices and environments
• API development with Falcon framework
• Experience in a pragmatic startup and managing ambiguity
• Good understanding of authentication and authorisation (NextAuth/JWT)
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform
• Understanding of PostgreSQL and data modelling
• Exposure to BigQuery would be beneficial
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
