Our platform empowers property developers, land agents, architects, and planners with real-time insights, helping them make smarter, data-driven decisions when acquiring and developing land.
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Renewals Manager to take full ownership of our renewal process, ensuring customer retention and protecting recurring revenue. In this pivotal role, you’ll partner closely with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers and the Partnerships Team to drive timely renewals, reduce churn, and contribute directly to our growth targets.
You’ll bring energy, structure, and a customer-first mindset to our renewal process, working to optimise workflows, identify and address risks early, and continuously improve outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end renewal process for our SaaS product to ensure timely completion and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Partner with CSMs to secure renewals and consistently meet or exceed renewal rate targets.
- Drive save strategies for at-risk accounts up for renewal, with a target of 20% save rate.
- Qualify churn risks effectively, keeping the risk board accurate, high-quality, and actionable for internal teams.
- Continuously improve and streamline renewal workflows and playbooks, identifying opportunities for automation and scale.
- Track and action renewals via HubSpot and Stripe, ensuring all touchpoints and communications are timely and recorded.
- Escalate blockers and re-engage at-risk customers with agility, collaborating with internal teams to remove friction and maintain momentum.
About You
You’re a commercially minded operator with a strong grasp of SaaS renewal cycles and customer retention. You know how to manage a pipeline, spot risks early, and take action that drives results.
You’re confident working across tools like HubSpot and Stripe, and you’re comfortable making decisions based on data. You communicate clearly, collaborate well with others, and take ownership of your responsibilities without waiting to be asked.
You enjoy building repeatable processes, improving what’s already in place, and helping teams work more effectively together. Most of all, you care about delivering value – for customers and for the business.
Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a SaaS renewals, customer success, or account management role
- Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g., MRR, churn, renewal rate)
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Stripe, and for reporting and workflow management
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to managing risk and improving processes
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence internally and externally
- High attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills
- Right to Work in the UK
- Previous experience in PropTech and/or start up environments
- Understanding of the UK property/construction market would be a huge plus.
