Responsibilities

As a Repairs, Investment and Compliance Officer Graduate, you will support the planning, monitoring and delivery of housing investment programmes, while ensuring adherence with regulatory and statutory compliance standards. Working under the guidance of experienced asset professionals, you will gain exposure to asset management, compliance reporting, contract management and strategic investment planning processes.

Who we are looking for

You will be a recent graduate with a degree in a Construction/Surveying related discipline.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.

You should be self-motivated, flexible and able to work to tight timescales.
