Responsibilities

  • Track, measure, and enforce the accurate reporting of financial information from global partners.
  • Partner with local members worldwide to gather insights and deliver outcomes for some of the most important clients in the industry.
  • Own the reporting process — creating reports, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Peer-review reports, handle client questions with confidence, and escalate challenges when needed.
  • Analyse performance trends in pool and captive programmes, distilling insights into clear, actionable explanations.
  • Lead client discussions by presenting analysis that drives clarity and decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy and accountability in data management across systems.
  • Build bridges between sales and reporting teams, enhancing collaboration and elevating client service.
  • Take part in transformational projects that improve processes, standardisation, and service delivery.

What We\'re Looking For

  • Three to five years of related work experience, ideally within the insurance, reinsurance or financial services space.
  • A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • Outstanding analytical skills — you can cut through complexity and see the patterns.
  • Advanced Excel and strong IT skills.
  • Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
  • Organisational strength: the ability to juggle priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Empathy, influence, and the ability to connect across cultures and levels.
  • Above all: the energy and initiative of a self-starter who thrives on growth and contribution.
