Interim Representation and Appeals Officer - Parking – London based. Hourly rate via umbrella company (inside IR35). Hybrid – some office presence required.

Panoramic Associates is supporting a local authority client in London to appoint an experienced Representation and Appeals Officer to support the parking services team. This role has arisen due to increased caseloads and the need for additional resource within the department.

Responsibilities

• Assess and respond to statutory parking representations and appeals within set deadlines
• Review evidence and prepare detailed case files for adjudication hearings
• Ensure compliance with all relevant parking legislation, policies, and procedures
• Provide professional and clear communication with customers and stakeholders

Qualifications and experience

• Previous experience working within a council parking team
• Strong knowledge of parking legislation and statutory processes
• Experience managing representations and preparing appeal cases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Contract and logistics

• Initial 6-month contract with likely extension
• Hourly rate via umbrella company (inside IR35)
• Hybrid – attendance required at the office
• Interviews planned in the coming weeks
