Job Description
This role focuses on our quantitative benchmarking products, which help clients understand how they compare to peers across a wide range of Key Performance Indicators. We work with Financial Services organizations across the UK, evaluating performance and advising senior management on strategy. We have exclusive access to uncensored information from the UK’s largest retail banks and insurers, enabling us to act as business advisors in a way that few other consultancies can. Responsibilities
- As a Research Assistant, obtain accurate and timely data for several reputable brands and provide comprehensive analysis of results to deliver clear strategic insight.
- Develop sound working relationships with clients, understand their businesses, and grow expertise as a consultant to the Financial Services Industry.
- Use client-sourced datasets to analyse trends, identify key drivers and create bespoke, actionable recommendations for clients.
- Support the delivery of client presentations, often to senior stakeholders within the industry.

Qualifications
The successful applicant will possess:
- An ability to draw on highly detailed data to construct a clear, concise, logical message
- Proven analytical and research skills with the ability to work autonomously to strict deadlines
- Strong numerical ability and experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- An inquisitive, self-motivated and highly organized mindset, willing to learn and adapt to a range of opportunities
- Excellent communication skills
