Title- Principal Research Consultant Reporting to- £2.7mn Perm Biller WFH- 2 Days/Week

Higher Group are partnering with a Forbes & Hunt Scanlon top 20 Executive Search & management Consulting firm, as they search for a Lead Researcher to pair with their Top Biller. Currently, the said top biller is originating between £2,700,000-£3,100,000 using a broader Central Delivery Function. As they continue to grow, the need for a Specific Research Partner is increasing. You will join the Partner on meetings/briefings/lunches with Large Cap & Mega Cap Private Equity, discussing the most crucial hires in $200bn AUM+ firms. This will give you exposure to key decision makers. You will help in shortlisting, briefing, advising & managing the candidate journey, providing invaluable insight & opinions as the searches progress. This is a true Partnership between yourself and the Originator. The Partner is described as smart, commercially acute and driven, with a communicative, collaborative style and openness to opposing ideas. You will be bonused on a commission structure, earning 35-60% of every search ( £30k-£60k) on a structure going up to 50% OTE. Responsibilities and expectations

Join the Partner in meetings with Large Cap & Mega Cap Private Equity clients Shortlist, brief, advise and manage the candidates journey Provide insight and opinions as searches progress Collaborate closely with originator to drive successful outcomes

Qualifications

Currently working in (or have completed searches within) Private Equity Fund or Portfolio Experience of retained or contained work Strong commercial acumen and EQ

Compensation

Commission: 35-60% of every search (£30k-£60k) OTE: up to 50%
