Deep Structure for 'Artificial' General Super-Intelligence Greater Boston

We’re building a small, high-integrity team for early-stage systems research, intelligence vetting, and horizon-scanning—quietly backed by actors across academia, industry, and post-institutional enclaves.

Role Overview

This is a contractual, flexibly hybrid role (remote + in-field, beginning in the Boston area). We are recruiting a small number of Researchers / Research Assistants to conduct deep research, pattern analysis, and signal-tracking across both human and technical domains.

You’ll collaborate with a core team (<5 initially), report insights upstream, and help design ethical information flow. Your first few weeks will be paced based on your comfort—hours will increase gradually as you gain traction and interest. Schedule is self-directed by default.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct detailed research and high-context analysis (remote and field-based)
• Identify patterns and anomalies across human, institutional, and data-driven systems
• Collaborate on insight development and discreet strategic communication
• Navigate ambiguity with care, discretion, and ethical clarity

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical and sensemaking skills
• Investigative intuition—ability to connect dots across fractured domains
• Precision in communication, both upstream and laterally
• Comfort zooming in on details and stepping back for wide-view synthesis
• Adaptability in uncertain or emergent contexts
