Join to apply for the Researcher/Writer role at Which?. This is a fixed-term role for 12 months with a competitive salary and hybrid working in London (5 days a month in the office, including every Tuesday and the first Thursday of the month).

Salary: £28,000 – £36,000 per annum. Benefits include 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a pension scheme (6% in year one). Key Responsibilities

  • Exceptional writing and journalistic skills to produce well-written, consumer-focused content across multiple channels, and to review and update existing content.
  • Excellent project management and delivery skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, prioritise workload, and deliver on time.
  • Interpret data from test laboratories (Excel/Google Sheets), pull out key information from technical data, and present findings in a consumer-friendly way.

About You

You will have the core skills and experience to hit the ground running, work at pace, and take initiative across projects. You will have first-rate writing skills and be able to interpret complex results using Google Sheets and Excel to deliver content for product reviews, online content and the Which? magazine. You will regularly review and update online content using SEO, keywords and analytics to monitor success and identify trends to inform research and content. You will have strong workload management and prioritisation skills to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and budgets.

Interview Process

  • A pre-interview writing task (approximately 300 words).
  • An interview on TEAMS (approximately 90 minutes) with values/experience-based questions and a role-related research task.

Interviews are expected to commence from 22 September.
