A leading Lloyd’s insurer is looking for a Reserving & Projects Actuary to join their established London Market team. This varied role will give you exposure not only to core reserving but also to reinsurance, audit interactions, and strategic projects across Lloyd’s, US, and European entities. Perfect for someone with 2–3 years’ reserving experience who’s ready to broaden their scope and sharpen their impact.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform reserving analysis, reinsurance cover calculations, and support audits.
• Lead deep-dive analysis, reconciliation, and reporting for multiple business classes.
• Contribute to strategic projects, process improvements, and actuarial governance.

What you’ll bring:

• 2–3 years of reserving experience (Lloyd’s market knowledge advantageous).
• Progress towards actuarial qualification with strong analytical and technical skills (ResQ, Excel; SQL/Python/R a plus).
• Clear communicator, able to manage stakeholders and juggle multiple priorities.
