  • Managing a caseload of property transactions and cases efficiently
  • Building and maintaining client relationships, advising on options, outcomes, risk, and timescales
  • Scoping fees, monitoring WIP, and managing billing consistently
  • Supporting junior team members with technical, business, and general guidance
  • Contributing to the firm's risk culture and departmental strategic goals

We\'re Looking For

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in residential property law
  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to develop your own client relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills with a focus on managing multiple matters simultaneously
  • Confidence in working within a structured framework to meet personal and team KPIs
  • Collaborative mindset, willing to support colleagues and contribute to the wider team
