- Managing a caseload of property transactions and cases efficiently
- Building and maintaining client relationships, advising on options, outcomes, risk, and timescales
- Scoping fees, monitoring WIP, and managing billing consistently
- Supporting junior team members with technical, business, and general guidance
- Contributing to the firm's risk culture and departmental strategic goals
We\'re Looking For
- Qualified solicitor with experience in residential property law
- Strong client-facing skills and the ability to develop your own client relationships
- Excellent organisational skills with a focus on managing multiple matters simultaneously
- Confidence in working within a structured framework to meet personal and team KPIs
- Collaborative mindset, willing to support colleagues and contribute to the wider team
